The foundation Help Helpen was initiated to help persons in developing countries, to assist people who like to improve the lives of their fellow man and women. Financially to improve their life and their living conditions . The main aim is fund raising for the work of Wies Dorge and her NGO: “Help Helpen Visioen.” In the Volta Region in Ghana during her holidays when she is in the Netherlands.In 1999 Wies came accidentally in contact with a developing economist Rob van Hoorn. Rob was impressed by her enthusiasm and dedication towards the less fortunate in Ghana .He decided to recruit funds and give her work more publicity. Withthis aim in mind he started together with Mrs Toos van Hoof and Dhr. Aloys Janssen in 2000 the Foundation Help Helpen. From That moment up till now they realised amply 800.000 on donations which has been handed over to Wies..
